Soloman's Landing RestaurantOptional Meal Package:  Solomon’s Landing Restaurant at Hotel Palmas De Cortez
Optional meal package can be purchased for $37.00 per person per night (kids 5-12 = $20.00, kids under 4 are free).  Meal package will include breakfast, lunch and dinner at the fabulous Solomon’s Landing Restaurant.  Choose from a variety of menu options as you dine oceanfront under the stars or in the air conditioned dining room.  Includes a gourmet breakfast buffet and boxed lunch for fishermen.

1st Course

Made in a very traditional maner also served with avocado and sour cream.

Mixed Garden Salad 

Organic fresh bed of lettuce with assorted vegetables and avocado. 
Served with a dressing of your choice: Ranch, Bleu Cheese,
Thousand Island, Rasberry Vinaigrette or Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil.

Solomon’s Landing Special House Salad 

Bed of organic gourmet lettuces with assorted vegetables, avocado, orange, tomato,
 pecans, red onion, Gorgonzola cheese with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Classic Caesar Salad

Crisp Romaine lettuce topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese,
 and homemade baked garlic croutons

Fresh vegetables sautéed in pesto with cream & Parmesan cheese added. 

Aglio Oleo Linguini

fresh chopt sauted garlic red chili fleaks and linguini pasta

Solomon's Northern Italian Diablo Trio Pasta    

Linguini sautéed with Italian Sausage, Shrimp and Chicken, tossed in a spicy 
 Diablo red  Sauce in topped lightly with Parmesan and vegetables.

Crispy – lightly breaded with corn flakes and sautéed (not fried) crispy. 
Tropical Style – sautéed with coconut and mango chutney. 
Blackened –original New Orleans style recipe! Dusted in Cajon ,
seasonons and blackened
Capers & Wine Cream –  Solomon's landing signature Piccata, white wine,
capers, touch of cream and basel .
Cilantro Sauce– Our homemade cilantro sauce
B.B.Q..-Grilled on mezquite wood with garlic butter fresh lemon and

Crispy Scallops

Breaded in corn flakes and sautéed crispy. Light and Healthy!

Specialty Chicken 

 Steaks and chicken are  accompanied with steam vegetables al dente ,homemade garlic bread, and
your choice of a baked potato, mashed potatoes or rice pilaf.

Chicken Parmesan       

Chicken breast breaded and covered in marinara sauce with a layer of Mozzarella
and Parmesan cheese served with pasta marinera and steam vegetables.

Sauteed chicken breast with  lots of sautted choped pecans in a
 delicate white creamy sauce

Chicken Marsala 

Chicken breast smothered with a Marsala wine, artichokis,  mushroom, capers.

Chicken Piccata 

Solomon's landing signature Piccata, served with wine, capers, touch of cream and basel .

Chicken Durango   

Large chicken breast grilled and topped with spinach, melted Mozzarella cheese
and creamy spicy sauce, rice and crisp vegetables.

Brian’s secret sauce from his Chef days in New Orleans. Yummy BBQ sauce 
homemade done on mesquite grill for baby back ribs lover's a most.

Catch your own fish and we’ll prepare it for you! 

We prepare your catch in the following ways: Barbecued in lemon butter,
 sautéed in Garlic butter, Blackened , Cajun style, or your own special request.
Your fish is served with vegetables al dente and your choice of mashed potatoes or rice pilaf.
